Season Cod with Paprika, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Bake at 425* until flaky (~10min). Make wild rice blend in rice cooker or stovetop using instructions on bag. Baked potato in the microwave and veggies sauteed in a wok with avocado oil and salt.
