Chicken Terriyaki w/ Veggies

3 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs cubed
2 cups broccoli/carrot mix
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
Sesame Seeds
Minced Garlic
Red Chili Flakes

Brown chicken until done, season with pepper flakes and add soy sauce/brown sugar. Reduce heat and let sugar start to caramelize. Add veggies and cover for 10 minutes removed from heat.

Remove cover and place pan back on heat on high. Add sesame seeds and minced garlic.

Serve as is, or on top of 2 cups of white rice.
