Chicken Thighs, Parmesan Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Veggies
Bake Chicken Thighs (seasoned with pepper and Lawrys) on cooking sheet at 425* for 35minutes. Toss cubed potatoes in olive oil, season with garlic, salt, pepper and bake at 425* for 35min. Add fresh parmesan and bake for additional 5 minutes. Sautee mixed veggies on high with oil, salt, and pepper.
