Cod/Halibut with Greek Garnish

2-3 Cod/Halibut Fillets

Feta Cheese

Kalamata Olives

Cherry Tomatoes

1 red onion

Mini Red Peppers

Sunflower Seeds


White Rice

Paprika, Salt, Pepper

Bake seasoned fillets (paprika, salt, pepper) at 400* until white and flaky.

In pan, sautee diced red onion, red peppers, and cherry tomato/kalamata olive halves. Add mix to top of fish and finish with Feta and sunflower seeds.
