Egg Fried Rice, Broiled Asparagus
Make white rice in rice cooker ahead of time. Toss diced onion and red pepper in a wok with avocado oil and brown. Add 4 cups cooked white rice, 1/4 cup soy sauce, fresh garlic, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Scramble 6 eggs separately and add to mixture at end. Serves 2.
