Greek Chicken, Persian Yellow Rice, Veggie Relish, Tzatziki Sauce
Marinate chicken strips in greek yogurt, dill, mustard, and salt blend for 2 hours. Grill chicken strips. Add turmeric, curry, shaved carrots, and raisins to your cooked white rice and mix until uniform. Dice a sweet onion, red/orange peppers for relish. Serve with Tzatziki sauce, homemade or store bought are both super healthy!
