Grilled Cajun Chicken, Mixed Nuts, Seasoned Rice, and Brussels Sprouts

1 chicken breast
1/4 cup mixed nuts
2 cups white rice (dry)
brussels sprouts

Season chicken with cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic. Toss on grill for 8-10minutes.

Cook rice in rice cooker and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Steam brussels sprouts and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Serve with 1/4 cup mixed nuts on the side.
