Grilled Kabobs with Roasted Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts
Marinate cubed beef for up to 1 day in soy sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and garlic. Add to soaked skewers. Grill to desired level. Serve with roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Halve the sprouts and brown in a pan with 2 strips of diced bacon, add a bit of water and steam for 2 minutes. Remove lid and add craisins, and almond slivers. Cook for 2 more minutes and serve.
