Home-made Veggie Pizza

Boboli or other Whole Grain Crust/Dough
2 cups low fat mozzarella
handful spinach
handful kalamata olives
1/2 white onion sliced
pizza sauce
olive oil
minced garlic

Spread sauce onto crust.

Brush olive oil/garlic mix onto crust on edges.

Add cheese and toppings.

Bake at 425* for 15 minutes.

Serves 2.
