Homemade Street Tacos, w/ Pico De Gallo and Guacamole

10 ounces chicken thighs
12 corn tortillas
2 avocados
1 white onion
cilantro
minced garlic
1 lime
6 roma tomatoes
black pepper, seasoned salt, cumin

Cube up chicken and brown in pan. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Cover and let sit.

Dice tomatoes, 1/2 the onion, and a handful of cilantro, mix and add half the lime squeezed, minced garlic, and salt/pepper

Mash/pit avocado, add 1/4 the onion and a handful of cilantro, 1/2 the lime. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm tortillas on griddle or under broiler.

Dice last 1/4 of onion, chunk up remaining lime, and cut more cilantro to garnish tacos.
