1.5 pounds turkey burger (extra lean)
organic pasta sauce (1jar)
1 cup shredded parmesan
15 ounces ricotta cheese
1 pound mozzarella
1 16oz container 4% cottage cheese
1 bag fresh baby spinach
brown and season turkey heavily with italian seasoning blend and salt. Add sauce when meat is fully cooked and let simmer. Combine cheeses and cut up spinach and stir well in a separate bowl. Layer 1/2 the meatsauce on bottom of 9x13 pan, then add uncooked noodles, then half cheese. Then another layer of noodles, the second half of the meat, and the last bit of cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45min at 375*. Uncover and cook for 15 at 375*. Remove and let set for 15minutes.
For garlic bread. Slice a loaf of artisan whole wheat bread in half and brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder heavily. Toss into oven for 10minutes right before serving lasagna.
