8-12 ounces chicken breast cut into strips
2 cups sliced multicolor carrots
Quinoa/Rice Medley
Large Russet Potato
Artisan Whole Wheat Bread
Mustard, Chili Flakes, Pepper, Butter, Rosemary, seasoned salt

Marinate chicken in mixture of 1 cup mustard, chili flakes, salt, and pepper, let sit for 30 min in fridge

Toss carrots with olive oil, rosemary, and seasoned salt. Throw in oven and bake at 425* for 25 minutes.

Grill Chicken until done.

Bake Potato in microwave and slice your bread up, EASY stuff,
