Pot Roast, Homemade Biscuits
Create rub of brown mustard, rosemary, thyme, seasoned salt, garlic, worcestershire sauce. Coat roast with rub. Toss red potatoes, cut up onion, and baby carrots on the bottom of the crock pot. Place roast on top of veggies. Pour 3/4 cup of salt water down the side of crock pot to cover the veggies. Cook on low for 8 hours. BEST ROAST EVER.
