Salmon, Parmesan Garlic Fries and Salad

6 ounces Wild Caught Salmon

Alexia Rosemary Fries

Shredded Parmesan

Mixed Greens

Dressing of Choice

Cilantro

Honey

Salt

Pepper

Place salmon fillet in pan, skin side down, and season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with honey. Bake at 400* until honey begins to caramelize and fish easily flakes.

Bake fries at 425* until they start to brown. Add shredded parmesan and cilantro and place back in oven for 5 minutes.

Toss greens with light amount of dressing.

Serve and enjoy.
