Sirloin Steak, Roasted Veggies, Baked Potatoes
10 oz sirloin steak
3-4 Yukon Gold potatoes
2 Cups mixed veggies of choice
Let sirloin sit at room temperature for 20minutes, rub with olive oil and season both sides with coarse ground sea-salt and black pepper. Grill to desired level.
Microwave potatoes on standard setting, serve with butter.
Sautee veggies in wok with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cook until just starting to brown.
