Steak and Eggs with David’s Killer Bread
8 ounces top sirloin
2-3 slices of Dave's Killer Bread
Season steak with salt and pepper, cook on high in cast iron skillet for 1 minute on each side. Toss in oven to finish at 375* for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Fry eggs in olive oil to desire level. Season with salt/pepper.
Toast the slices of bread and use some butter on them. Live a little eh?
