Steak and Eggs

8 ounces flank steak

2-4 eggs

salt/pepper

Franks Red Hot

Thinly slice flank steak and sear in skillet with avocado oil. Sprinkle with salt/pepper.

Fry eggs in avocado oil and toss steak over the top.

Top off with a splash of Frank's Red Hot.
