Steak, Grilled Veggies, and Roasted Potatoes
8 ounce sirloin steak
1 green and 1 yellow summer squash
1 red onion
salt/pepper/olive oil/garlic powder
Allow steak to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper (both sides) Toss on grill to desired level of doneness.
Cut up potatoes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 425* for 40minutes or until golden brown.
Place sliced and seasoned veggies in a foil envelope (make one) and toss on grill with steak. Remove veggies from foil and top with feta cheese.
