Traditional Beef Tacos with Rice and Beans
1 pound 93/7 ground beef
1 white onion
2 cups white rice (dry)
1 can seasoned black beans.
Brown the ground beef and add a generous amount of the taco seasoning.
Mash avocado, and dice up an onion, cilantro, and lime wedges.
Heat up tortillas on a griddle with a bit of oil.
Heat up beans in a small saucepan.
Add meat to tortillas and garnish with avocado, cilantro, onion, and a squeeze of lime. Serve beans over cooke white rice.
